Cataclysm Beta!
Yay! I got into the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm beta through the Curse Author program today. I set up a mirror of my WoW Screenshots gallery for screenshots taken in Cataclysm. I was bored last night so I decided to code up something new. Just visit http://tonyfox.ws/notepad then enter either the name of an existing pad to access it, or the name of a new one to create it. Awesome Level Design!
I've been playing around in the version of UnrealEd that's shipped with America's Army for making new levels. I recently found out about Zone Portals that allow you to connect non-contiguous sections of the level together seamlessly to create the illusion of an unbroken room/hallway/building. One thing this lets you do is create physically impossible maps where two or more pieces of the level occupy [what you think is] the same area.Here, just watch the video I made:
